Short version: I collect what you type into the booking or contact form, and how pages get used. It goes to my calendar and my inbox. There is no list, no sequence and no CRM behind it.

02Collection

What I ask for.

Booking asks for your name, your email, what isn't working, your stage and your timeline. Company or a link is optional. The contact form asks for your name, email and message. Nothing else is required, and there is no phone field.

03Handling

Where it goes.

A booking creates an event on my Google Calendar, sends you the invite, and emails me a short brief so I arrive having read what you wrote. The record is stored in my database. A contact message goes straight to my inbox.

Google

Calendar for the event, Gmail for the invite and my brief, Analytics for page use.

Supabase

The database holding booking records. No public access to that table.

05Inventory

Everything this site stores.

This table is generated from the same list the site enforces its consent rules against — not written out beside it. A cookie cannot be set here without appearing in this table, and it cannot be removed from this table without being removed from the site. Worth saying, because a cookie table is usually a document that stopped being true some time ago.

06Heatmap

Counts, not a recording.

If you allow analytics, I also record where on a page people click and how far down they scroll. It is counts, not a recording: no cursor tracking, no session replay, no identifier that follows you between visits, and nothing you type. The detailed version is deleted after seven days; what survives is a tally of how many people clicked a button or reached the bottom.

It runs under the analytics choice specifically — an advertising choice does not switch it on. And a Do Not Track signal turns it off on its own, whatever you have chosen here.

07Limits

What I don't do.

I don't sell anything to anyone, run advertising, retarget you, or add you to a mailing list. Booking once does not sign you up for anything, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

08Your data

Ask and it's gone.

I keep booking records while they're useful for the work, and delete them when they aren't. Ask me and I'll delete yours, tell you what I hold, or send it to you. One email is enough; you don't need a reason.
